Q: How do I know my order has been placed?
A: Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you spot any errors in this email please contact us immediately.
Q. I would like to buy some underwear for my partner but I am worried that it may not fit. Can I return it?
A. We offer a 100% guarantee to give you peace of mind. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds for hosiery, bodystockings and individual knickers.
Q. Which courier to do you use?
We currently use Royal Mail and all orders in the UK are sent First Class Recorded delivery which requires a signature.
Q. Which forms of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online payments for your peace of mind. You are welcome to pay online by credit or debit card or you can pay via paypal. You do NOT need a paypal account to pay online. We use Paypal's cutting-edge high security data encryption system to handle all our online payments. This means that we do not see your credit or debit card details and they are NOT stored on our computers. You can also pay by cheque.
Q. Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to my work address?
Yes. When completing your order you will have the option of providing a separate shipping address if you prefer.
Q: Do you offer a printed catalogue?
A: Due to our constantly changing selections, and in order to bring our customers the lowest possible prices, we do not offer a printed catalogue.
Q: Will my items look the same colour as the photo ?
A: We make every effort to ensure that our photographs are accurate. However every screen shows colours slightly different. For example you may have set your screen with reduced brightness to reduce glare and this can affect the the shades of the colours on the screen.
